Uses for attachment feature

There are many reasons you may want to include an attachment field in your next form or survey. Here are a few examples of how attachments can make your business more efficient:

  • Industry estimates (construction, cleaning, landscaping, etc.): When clients request a service quote on your website, they can upload a photo of their project in order to get a more accurate estimate on services.
  • Human resources: Job applicants can attach their resume, cover letter, references, and work samples at the same time as their application form. These are then saved with the form—no more trying to match emailed references to the right application.
  • Accounting: Have employees attach copies of receipts to their expense report form to eliminate paper clutter and simplify end-of-the-month accounts payable.
  • Memberships (gym, sports leagues, clubs): Potential new members can send ID photos along with application forms.
  • Events (tradeshows, conference, etc.): Vendors and speakers can upload photos, company logos, and lecture outlines so all conference information is easily accessible for those who need it.
  • Contests: Everyone loves to win! For your next company giveaway, have customers submit photos or videos as part of their contest entry.
