Fillable PDF forms

Available for Basic and Plus users

  • What it does: Lets you distribute a basic, fillable PDF form that can be managed as a traditional document or one that can be completed and submitted via FormsCentral.
  • Benefits: Respondents can fill out the form when it's convenient for them—even save it offline—before submitting it. They can also print or store a filled-out PDF for their records.
  • When to use: When you have a longer form or survey. It's also useful when the form asks for information that a respondent would want to keep for their records (for legal purposes or to revisit later).

Use skip logic

Available for Basic and Plus users

  • What it does: Allows you to create custom paths through your survey or form.
  • Benefits: Creates shorter forms and improves customer engagement and completion rate.
  • When to use: When you have a form with many questions that may not be relevant to everyone.

  • What it does: Be notified by email every time someone submits a form.

Send Submission receipts

  • What it does: Respondent receives an email saying that their form was received.
