What is Adobe SendNow?

  • How does Adobe SendNow work?
    • With Adobe SendNow, you can easily send large files to others. When you click “Send Now”, you upload your file to our secure server. We then notify your recipient that it's ready to download. Your recipient can click on a link within the email to download the file.
    • Adobe SendNow subscribers can access their previously sent files at any time by logging into the service. Any sent file can then be deleted and recipients will no longer be able to download it. At the free subscription level, all sent files are stored for 7 days. With a premium subscription, sent files are stored for a number of days that is configurable by the sender.
